$160 per night per guest, up to a maximum of eight guests
Check in at 3pm, check out at 10am
(although flexible if bookings are not back-to-back)

Four luxury bedrooms, each sleeping two people, three with a king bed and walk-in-robe, one with a queen bed.
Rooms will be made up with linen and doonas, towels also provided

Modern kitchen with all essential equipment and cooking staples.
Two brand-new bathrooms, complete with bathroom essentials.
Washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.
TV, Foxtel, Netflix, Stan, Optus Sport, Prime Video, Disney+, free WIFI and mobile reception.
Multiple dining/entertaining areas as well as BBQ and firepit.
Non-smoking.
Pets welcome, but yard is not enclosed.
Wildlife
Kangaroos are very often sighted in the grounds.
Wombats aplenty in the valley, sometimes seen on the property.
Platypus are around in Wollombi Brook but hard to see!
Sugar gliders seen occasionally on the property.
Birds vary seasonally but rainbow bee-eaters, gang-gang cockatoos, superb fairy-wrens and wedge-tailed eagles all spotted
